Yaoki
Food, training and body tracking, without the tedium.
Yaoki tracks food, training and your body, and it is built so the routine takes no effort. What you ate yesterday is one tap from the home-screen widget, a training plan is assumed done unless you say otherwise, and a smart scale fills in your weight by itself. The app is for what changed.
There are no streaks and no guilt. A missed day is a question ("what happened?"), not a failure, and coming back after a break picks up from a sensible point instead of starting over. No ads, no account, no subscription, and your health data never reaches our server.
What it does
- Food: one-tap usual meals and water from a widget, barcode and Nutrition Facts label scanning, quick estimates when precision is too much, and recipes saved from any web page
- Type a whole meal, like "turkey sandwich with mayo and pickles", and it is split into its parts; anything it can't find is shown, not dropped
- Training plans built around your goals, limits and equipment, that get harder over time and start on whichever day you choose as day 1
- A web plan builder: make a plan and send it to your phone, or pick a published one, with no account
- A guided workout player that steps through each exercise, with how-to videos, plus cardio and timed bootcamp workouts you can follow hands-free; timers chime and vibrate, following your phone's ring, vibrate or silent setting
- Through Health Connect, a workout your watch or ring recorded checks off the matching one in today's plan (undo is one tap), and anything less clear-cut, like a walk spotted from your steps, shows up ready to check off with one tap
- Body: weight from your smart scale or one tap, and tape measurements (waist, hips, chest, arms, thighs and more) with where to measure and how they trend
- Reminders that learn when you usually eat and go quiet when you ignore them, and a "What Yaoki has learned" screen where you can see or reset any of it
- Restart a week or a whole plan when life gets in the way
Runs on: Android 14 and newer, with a web plan builder
