You can delete your Kohai account yourself at any time.
In the app
- Open Kohai and go to Account.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
On the web
Sign in to Kohai in your browser, open Account, and tap Delete my account.
By email
If you can’t sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll confirm when it’s done.
What gets deleted
Deletion happens right away and can’t be undone. It removes:
- Your account: name, email address and password
- Your test history, flashcards, notes and study log
- Everything you recorded
- Your notification token
What stays: in Talk, the other person keeps their own messages; yours show as from a deleted account, with no audio. Problem reports you already sent are kept so they can be looked into, and the diagnostics log keeps its entries until they age out after 400 days. Recordings a reviewer made that were already approved into the course stay in it unless you ask us to remove them too: email us and we will.
